Senate Bill 925 (Tomlinson) - Amends the Message Therapy Law to include the community college’s program as eligible schools to teach massage therapy.

Senate Bill 973 (Tomlinson) - Amends Act 132 of 2009, known as the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act.  Would define “home improvement retailer” as a person, whether or not the person is registered under this act, who sells materials for use in home improvement contracts.

House Bill 416 (Barbin) - with amendments - Amends Title 18 by defining “licensing board” and “professional or occupational license.”

House Bill 703 (Burns) - Amends the Landscape Architects’ Registration Law to waive a written examination for only those persons who hold an unexpired license or certification of registration issued by proper authority of another state or foreign country.
